Which postal service do you use?Updated a month ago

Generally, all orders (AU, US and UK) are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

For Australia orders, we use Australia Post or TNT Australia. We will choose the most suitable delivery option for your order at the time of dispatch. The Estimated Time of Delivery is 3 to 7 days depending on the state location. Please note that we do not offer express shipping. 

 

For UK orders, we offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping via Royal Mail is estimated to arrive within 48 hours while express shipping via DPD12 is estimated to arrive at mid-day of the next working day. Please note that a cut-off time of 2 P.M. is observed for express shipping. 

 

For US orders, shipments are delivered via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We will choose the most suitable delivery option for your order at the time of dispatch. The Estimated Time of Delivery is 4 to 12 days depending on the state location. Please note that we do not offer express shipping.
